With my new marathon training comes some not so easy tasks. I'm not talking about cross training. Or stretching. I'm talking hydration. It's very important to drink loads of water in order to stay hydrated. Now don't get me wrong. It's not that I don't like drinking water. It's just that it can be difficult to consume glass after glass of plan old boring water. I needed something to jazz it up. Enter Tetley Tea Infusions - liquid tea mixes. I LOVE these things! Yummy single serving flavourers that you add to your water. There are four flavours: Green tea, blueberry, pomegranate and lemon. With the help of these little babies, I've been able to drink 3 litres of water a day! Bottoms up!
